Where do I even begin?



The truth is, that all or nothing attitude is getting us nowhere!
How many times I’ve declared to take control of my finances, relationships, weight, heck my LIFE and it would all begin TOMORROW!

The key is THINK BIG and GET IT ALL OUT and then START chipping away and getting things done a.k.a. baby steps

This is the COMPLETE opposite of what society is telling you! 

Next, journal and don’t roll your eyes, I don’t care what you call it but the fact is YOU HAVE TO get it all out of your brain; it’s a mess in there!

– write down EVERY crazy thought you have, all those things you want  to change, all those things that piss you off. They are your fuel!

What are you willing to struggle for? 

If you don’t have a clear vision of how you want your life to BE then write about how you want your life to FEEL. Now is not the time to beat yourself up because others are “clear” on what they want and you aren’t. It’s not a race…


Set your goals! 
Break them down, daily, weekly, monthly – CREATE small victories EVERYWHERE and start giving yourself some darn credit for all that you do.

Every Sunday, I take an hour to sit and plan my week: personal appointments, family time, coaching calls, meetings, workouts, food… Even if I just put a little bit of thought into the week ahead and set myself up for a smoother week, it helps TREMENDOUSLY! There will ALWAYS be surprises but I’ve found that if I have my goals set and general purpose for the week, I’m able to roll with them a bit “easier”.

Just Do it! 
This is the one that used to stop me. I’d set this grand plan in place and then not follow it. I’d meal prep then not feel like eating the food. I’d plan my workouts and then sleep in. I’d make appointments then cancel them and then I’d sit with frustration and wonder why my life wasn’t changing. In some cases, it was pure laziness, in others it was FEAR.I’ll be the first to admit that.

Inaction FUELS fear.

I think the worst thing you can do is know what you want and not go for it!

Whatever made up reason that you have that you won’t be successful or that you don’t deserve to create it is just a made up story until you TRY!

If you don’t try, that just fuels MORE FEAR, FRUSTRATION and that victim mode mentality which does not serve ANYONE.

So let’s think BIG and start small.
