Freaking out?

Sunday evening used to be such a time of worry for me, the looming week ahead, days filled and I would already feel like I didn’t have enough time to do it all.

The week hadn’t even started and I was already feeling defeated.  13138918_10209352883157291_4135808471982285276_n

Being anxious and upset is never good; and starting your week feeling that way is definitely not a good thing either! For you and those around you…

This is what I do now:

Grab a notepad and get all my thoughts out of my head, sometimes it gets scary in there!

My list includes what I have to do, things I want to do and things I don’t have time for but need to remember.

I also list things that stress me out, make me happy a.k.a. the things I’m grateful for and perhaps the things I’d rather be doing.

After I’m done taking care of that mess, I grab my passion planner and make a plan! passion-planner.png

This strategy not only helps me organize my week but my thoughts too and allows me to shift my mood from feeling defeated to capable and ready!!

Maybe it will help you?

P.S. I’ll have to share my love for the Passion Planner with you at some point! My type A LOVES it!!
