Life is responding to your thoughts.

What you focus on grows and something will always manifest from your internal thoughts .

I used to waste a lot of my time saying how I didn’t want this or, I definitely don’t want that. All the while, focusing all of my energy on exactly what I DIDN’T want.

My focus was on my fears, my perceived limitations and my anxiousness which of course left me feeling stuck and hopeless.

The truth is when you change your thoughts, your whole life changes. It takes time and a lot of determination but it’s worth it.

Love and forgive yourself, it’ll all be ok  as long as you don’t give up.

Count your blessings  and don’t forget to count yourself!
